Who we are

A little magical, completely welcoming.

Inari Shrine Café is a pop-up manga café and community hangout where anime culture, cozy vibes, and storytelling meet. Inspired by the warmth and wonder of Japanese shrine aesthetics, we create spaces that feel a little magical—part café corner, part manga library, part creative lounge.

Whether you’re here to flip through a new series, trade recommendations, or just enjoy the atmosphere, our goal is simple: make it easy to slow down and feel welcomed. We show up at events and local pop-ups with curated manga, cute displays, and interactive experiences—plus a few surprises for collectors and fans.

At Inari Shrine Café, everyone belongs: readers, cosplayers, gamers, artists, and first-timers who just want to see what it’s all about. Come for the manga, stay for the community.

What we stand for

Community, creativity, and comfort.

Inari Shrine Café stands for community, creativity, and comfort. We believe anime and manga aren’t just entertainment—they’re a shared language that helps people connect, heal, and feel seen. Our space is built for the fans who want somewhere safe to show up as themselves, whether that means talking about your favorite series, coming in full cosplay, or just quietly reading in peace.

A welcoming, judgment-free vibe

For all fans—new or longtime.

Respect for creators and stories

That inspire us to dream bigger.

Celebrating self-expression

Through cosplay, art, and storytelling.

Building real community

Where people can meet, bond, and collaborate.

What we aspire to be

More than a pop-up, booth, or brand.

We want to grow into a cornerstone for the anime community—more than a pop-up, more than a booth, more than a brand. Our goal is to become a place that consistently shows up and gives back: spotlighting local artists, supporting cosplayers, hosting fun experiences, and making fandom feel accessible and joyful.

  1. 01

Create a “third place” for anime lovers

A cozy hub outside of home and work.

  2. 02

Partner with conventions and local events

To bring immersive, shrine-inspired experiences to life.

  3. 03

Support and highlight Black and diverse creators

    In the fandom and beyond.

  4. 04

    Encourage reading and discovery

By making manga feel inviting, curated, and fun.

  5. 05

    Grow a community-driven platform

Where fans can share, create, and belong.
